OBJECTIVES OF DATA HANDLING

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and for a suitable time to the establishment of relationships of any nature with T.wai. The data can be processed at the T.wai headquarters or at tax consulting firms as well at any other professional institution.
The provision of data is optional. The provision of common personal data and the authorization to process such data is, however, strictly necessary in order to carry out services, contractual relationships and activities in art.1. Furthermore, refusal to provide and/or process personal data may entail the objective impossibility to develop such contractual relationships and to observe legal obligations and/or regulations related to operational modalities regarding the pursuit of institutional purposes.
